The Active Service System Based On Internet Of Things Technology

This thesis studies the application of the Internet of Things technology, and the Weichai power post-market service mode system is designed and realized in this thesis. Post-market service mode is a kind of improvement and leap essentially. Its essence lies in service ahead of customer demand. This service mode will no doubt greatly enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.This thesis first discuss the construction background of information infrastructure for industry, and the IoT technology and its appilication. The key technologies for active service mode, the current states of Weichai service mode, and the existing problems of Weichai are investigated, and the two phases for active service mode innovation are proposed. The Weichai active service mode realization scheme is discussed and desinged, and the practical vehicle networking platform and infrastructure building scheme are desinged. Lastly the sumarry is made on related work, and some suggestions are proposed for further development.
