Research On The Optimization Of Tax Service In Shishi Tax Bureau From Perspective Of "Internet+Tax"

At present,China's tax collection system is deeply influenced by the "Internet +" era,whether it is relying on information technology to improve the efficiency of tax collection,or taxpayers through the Internet technology to improve the degree of economic and political participation,tax collection and the development of information technology are inseparable.As a part of the tax collection work,whether the tax service can keep pace with the development of the times and adapt to the needs of the economy,society and taxpayers has become a new proposition.Therefore,this article will take the tax service work of Shishi city tax bureau as an example from the perspective of "Internet + tax",and put forward the optimal countermeasures for the tax service work under information.Based on the theory of public finance and tax compliance,this paper expounds the present situation of the current information service platform diversification,the part-time system of information personnel and the construction of hardware and software of the Shishi city tax bureau.To investigate the taxpayer's satisfaction with the information tax service of Shishi city tax Bureau,three problems are found in the data analysis,including the low information service ability of basic personnel,the urgent need to improve the system performance,and the low degree of intelligent application.This paper analyzes the causes and solutions of the problems by means of tax cadre interviews,and summarizes the causes of insufficient attention to the service management of grassroots personnel,unscientific system management,and lack of intelligent means.With reference to the successful experience of the information tax service of Xiamen tax Bureau,the paper puts forward the suggestions for the optimization of tax service of Shishi tax Bureau,that is,from three aspects: improving the construction of information cadre,optimizing the tax system,and developing intelligent construction.
