Wheat Industry In Shandong Province Economic Warning System Design And Implementation

In China, Shandong Province is a major grain-producing province. Wheat is one of the major food crops in Shandong Province. Shandong Province’s total wheat production accounts for about 48% of the total grain production. However, influenced by resource constrains and many other factors, the pressure to maintain sustainable development of wheat and ensure the supply and demand balance is growing bigger and bigger. The researches of wheat industrial economy and the potential for future development in Shandong Province, and to put forward effective measures, have great significance in insuring the safety of nation food development. Nowadays, with the rapid development of agricultural informatization, to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the study of wheat industry economy in Shandong Province and promote the scientificity and efficiency for it, the establishment of economic early warning system of wheat industry in Shandong Province is necessary. This system is based on the requirement of the study on wheat industry jobs in modern agricultural economic system in Shandong Province, and uses the object oriented programming language Visual Basic6.0 as the main software of framework designing. Its architecture designing is designed according to three modules:interface module, database module and data analysis module. The interface of the system is mainly built by the form design of VB6.0, used to display the data in the database and the results of data analysis, and meet the needs of system inquiry function of the ordinary users. The backstage database module is mainly built by the systems of SQL Server 2008 and Microsoft Excel 2010. Aiming at the wheat industry economic data in Shandong Province, the corresponding sheet and the relations between different sheet are designed separately. And the relational database module is used to design the SQL database and to store data. Meanwhile, according to the characteristic of the large data amount in wheat industry economy, which made up mainly by statistical and survey data and stored in the excel system at the beginning, a new database, using the original-designed database sheets in Excel, is designed as a supplementary one. In the data analysis module, the SPSS 19.0 data analysis software is used to make statistical analysis and model analysis for the data in the database. At the same time, it makes the grey analysis for the industrial economic data of wheat in Shandong Province, gaining the law of the development of wheat industry economy. At last, the three main modules are packaged combination, making the data call each other, and the data of the database and the results of the data analysis displayed in the interface of the system. The process makes good use of the good compatibility of VB, using ADO technology to access SQL database, and makes the call of the results of database possible.Overall, this paper mainly discusses the wheat industry economic early warning system in Shandong Province, and gives detailed information of its design resource, analysis of requirement, the system overall framework and detailed designing process and the realization of the process of it. It will provide a systemic and scientific theory basis for the researches on the wheat industry economy in Shandong Province and promote the development of it.
