Research On The Effect Of Rural Land Transfer On The Farmer’s Income

In order to achieve the aim of increasing farmers’ income, rural land circulation has become an important measure to solve this problem. Through the land circulation, on the one hand, for the farmers who transfer land into can get the advantage of scale effect; On the other hand, for the farmers who transfer land out can promote labor transferring and increase non-agricultural income. However, whether the effect of land circulation is ideal is still worth thinking and researching.The article is concentrate on the theoretical analysis relationship between rural land circulation and the farmers’ income at first, and then using the survey data of Huaxian county in Henan province to make analysis on basis of the different effective factors which are land circulation direction, flow size, flow pattern and flow cost and transfer risk impact on farmers’ income. The article pays more attention to the analysis of two different flow directions including land-out and land-into of rural land circulation, and then takes advantage of the multiple regression model of quantitative analysis to conclude the effect on farmers’ income for current land circulation. The main conclusions are as followed: The land circulation area has a promoting effect on the farmers’ income increase, and on one hand, the land transfer out area present positive correlation effect on farmers’ income, on the other hand, land into area makes the negative effect on the growth of farmers’ income, but the moderate scale of land-into increase farmers’ income, namely making a moderate scale effect. In the end, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations, so as to regulate the circulation of rural land to ensure the farmers’ income growth.The paper includes five parts as follows:The first chapter mainly includes the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, etc. Aim to grasp the paper’s direction from the whole structure.The second chapter, basing on the defining of the relevant concepts including land circulation and farmers’ income, the paper also put in order of the related theory and existing research. The theories of this study include farmer behavior theory, property right theory, land rent theory, the theory of scale operation and lewis’ dual structure theory, and these theories have made a theoretical foundation for the analysis of farmers’ behaviors.The third chapter includes the economic analysis of land circulation and farmers’ income. Respectively analyze the influence of farmers’ income comes from land circulation in the perspective of two subjects. At the same time, in the process of land circulation, land circulation scale, mode, cost and risk have different effect on farmers’ income.The fourth chapter includes using econometric analysis method through the survey data of henan Huaxian County, and it is concluded that the existence of related links between farmers’ income and the size of the circulation of land area, and determine whether the different land circulation direction is the effect of farmers’ income. Through quantitative empirical analysis, the results show that the effects of the current land circulation on the farmers’ income effect is small, and the transfer-out of land for farmers income has a positive effect; the small scale of land has a negative effect to the farmers income, but there is adapted growth effects on the farmers income if increasing the size of the land-into.The fifth chapter puts forward the reasonable guide for farmers to ensure land circulation, and policy suggestions to increase farmers’ income on the basis of above analysis and conclusions,...
