The current market competition in the final analysis, is talented person’s competition, therefore, enterprises must focus on resources development and the potential of employees, and provide for them to give full play to the individual potential of space, so as to realize the personal ability and wisdom into the enterprise market competitiveness and sustained development ability goal. For modern enterprises, human resources management more broadly, the content of the specific include: staff recruitment, staff training, staff position system set up and adjust, employee compensation system design, etc. All of the human resource management are staff as object, the purpose of the work is to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise itself.
