With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, a kind of new industrial worker are growing up--the new generation of migrant workers, They are different from the older generation of migrant workers. Their way of life and thinking more convergence in modern urban youth, they eager to acquire new knowledge、batter life、based on city、has its own cause in the city. But at the same time, they also faced with double marginalization rural and urban problems, in the countryside, they don’t know how to production, in the city, they considered a migrant worker. They are not able to meet their social demand, so they formed their own informal organization. In this informal organization, they owned their belonging, and to meet their psychological needs. A large number of domestic and foreign scholars proved that informal organization to enterprise’s performance and enterprise goal has this or that kind of action、Informal organization has connected with labor relations atmosphere. Chinese scholars studied the new generation of migrant workers from different informal organization, and obtained a certain result.Informal organization has both positive and negative influence, but this article pays attention to study its positive significance. Based on the previous studies, raising hypotheses、Set the initial questionnaire, and take a presurvey questionnaire to analyze the reliability and validity. Taking into account the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, modify the title item, and then forming a straight forward formal questionnaire.choice the private enterprises as the survey samples around the hohot. Use SPSS 19.0 to deal with the data analysis, after correlation analysis, regression analysis, and ANOVA analysis proved the hypothesis presented in this paper:Generation of migrant workers’informal organization on the job performance has a significant positive effect, dimensions of new generation migrant workers’ informal organization of the dimensions of job performance also have significant positive effects; Generation of migrant workers’ informal organization has significant positive effect on positive labor relations atmosphere,To negative labor relations atmosphere produce significant negative effect; through tatistical egression analysis,to proved thatlabor relations atmosphere play interrmediary role between generation of mingrant wokers’ informal organization and job performance. The number of years of service and informal organization members also affected study variables to varying degrees. Conclusion The above analysis has certain significance for the management of private enterprises.
