In the era of globalization, moderate labor and healthy life are the common goals of labor regulation of all countries.Nowadays,as the working time is too long, the labor intensity is very high, and the working pace is fast, the phenomenon of excessive labor in China has become more and more common. There are even some extreme events, death from over work. Those problems, directly affecting the labor reproduction and the healthy life of the workers, have become the prominent issues of economy and society.Migrant workers who are special groups in the process of economic and social transformation since the reform and opening up to the outside world have made great contributions to China's industrialization and urbanization, and have become an important part of industrial workers. They are concentrated in the manufacturing and construction industry in which the problem of excessive labor is quite common. They are not only difficult to get merited remuneration, but also not guaranted with enough resting time and vacation. As a result, their physical and mental health is injured by different degrees. This problem need solving urgently. This study analyzes the dimensions of the moderate labor from the theoretical level, and explains the reasons for the excessive labor of the migrant workers, including the internal causes of the migrant workers themselves and the external causes of the enterprise and politics. This paper also get further analysis of the negative impact of excessive labor of migrant workers through the adverse effects of excessive labor on the construction of harmonious labor relations in three aspects: the basic rights and interests of the migrant workers, the destruction of the democratic system of the enterprises and the contempt of the labor supervision system. With selecting the migrant workers as the research object, basing on Marx's theory of labor value and the theory of socialist harmonious labor relations with Chinese characteristics, and integrating the mature fatigue accumulation survey of foreign countries, this study constructed an indicator system of excessive labor measurement for migrant workers. The survey takes piecewise random sample of a furniture company,a food company,a clothing company, and a construction site of a construction company in Hubei province. The data were collected by questionnaire survey and case interview for migrant workers. On the basis of statistical analysis, itanalyzes the relationship of the overtime of migrant workers, the status of super intensity labor and the degree of fatigue accumulation of migrant workers, the relationship between the degree of fatigue accumulation of migrant workers and the influence factors of enterprise management, individual attitude and state supervision, and the influence of the fatigue accumulation of migrant workers on the construction of harmonic labor relations is divided.According to all that, the study gets a empirical conclusion. In view of the above analysis, the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the situation of rural migrant workers' super intensity labor is fairly obvious, the situation of migrant workers' overtime work is very serious, and the fatigue accumulation of migrant workers is also serious;(2)the fatigue accumulation of migrant workers is affected by the factors of three aspects: personal attitude, enterprise management and domestic supervision.(3)the fatigue accumulation of migrant workers is very unfavorable to the construction of harmonious labor relations. The higher the fatigue accumulation of peasant workers, the less harmonious the labor relations are.Combined with theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, three suggestions are put forward for the excessive labor of migrant workers:(1)the state should improve the labor law;(2)the enterprise should establish a sustainable human resource management system;(3)the migrant workers should strengthen the awareness of health protection and the promotion of labor skills.
