At present stage, the national economy are experiencing transformation period of adjusting structure and steady growth, The nation is promoting the technique innovation development strategy in very field to realize the great “Chinese dream”. Dong Fang Turbine Company(DTC) is the key corporation in power equipment industry. The DTC has growing up famous turbine manufacture in the world with steam turbine,nuclear turbine,gas turbine and wind turbine. The steam turbines have achieved international level. At present, DTC is being the period of both strategy opportunity and risk in the international and domestic environment. The technique innovation strategy research is very urgent and important, which will brace up the DTC sustainable ensemble strategy.The thesis, apply the technique innovation theory to analyze DTC’s technique innovation strategy and achievement during different stages. Analyzing the past technique innovation rationality and problems will help to draft and implement the technique innovation strategy.Using SWOT method, this thesis objectively analyzed the present trade situation and the technology developing tendency of DTC, identifying opportunity and threat. Besides, the thesis investigated DTC’s internal strength and weakness, identified both of the ability and resource of the technological innovation.Presenting the “self-dependent innovation ﹠ cooperation innovation” as the main strategy, the thesis listed the steam turbine technology, nuclear turbine technology, gas turbine technology and wind turbine technology strategy. It will coordinate and inspire the employee from organization structure, control systems, organization culture aspects. Based on the DTC products research & development department, the thesis put forward the main task content:(1) Implementing management of every level function organization structure.(2) Implementing management of human resources.(3) Implementing technique innovation of difference products.(4) Implementing products internationalization strategy based on cost advantage.(5) Being conscious of brand, improving brand products core competed ability.(6) Implementing development strategy of new products.(7) Implementing cooperation technique innovation strategy with internet thinking model.Correct technique innovation strategy and achievement will greatly strengthen business competitive power. It will prop up achieving comprehensive development strategy. This study achievement will guide planning massing development strategy of DTC.
