Study On Quality Managemtnt Of Steam Turbine Manufacture Localization Project

With the tremendous progress in Chinese economic reform and opening up, China make a big step on the power generation equipment field, especially after blowing up in power generation recently. The capacity of chinese power generation has reached to the first place all over the word, and chinese is from introduce advanced foreign techology to the R&D gradually. But during the chinese economic transformation, the domestic market demand is going down, so as the chinese company has to joint the global maket compatition. Then how to handle the global project manangemet is very important. And the most important face in the project management is project quality management. Thesis use sub-contracting steam turbine manufacturing project as entry point, project quality management as study case, base on the project quality data, and develop one suitable project quality manangement system under the total quality management concept.Thesis study on how to develop the suitable sub-contracting project qualtiy management, based on the orginal normal project quality management system, used total quality management concept and combined project own chracteristics. Thesis is base on the excuted project quality data, use Twenty-eight principle to find quality cricical point in the project, use proper method such as Causal analysis, expert survey ect to find the improve proposal, then execute them in the following project. After execution of following project, do this cirlution work again. The circulation shall improve the orginal project quality manangement system continuesly, and suitable system can be developed finally. Comparing project quality data between the early project with the following project, the project quality is improved efficiently.Continuely improve process of thesis is based on PDCA circulation. The original system will be restructured by this process continuely in order to suit to the project. This process to form project quality management system is also a reference to other international projects of power generation equipment.
