In recent years,with the continuous implementation and advancement of supply-side reforms,the work of previous energy companies has been steadily changing,and the phenomenon of high income has gradually changed.These changes have made the traditional competitive advantages of energy companies weakening,and energy enterprise management,especially human resource management,has also taken place.The earth-shaking changes require the attention of business managers.Based on this,this paper takes the energy enterprise as the research object,firstly expounds the research background,significance and content of the subject,and then summarizes the domestic and foreign research results of the research,lays the theoretical foundation for the research,and then carries out the model construction and the scale design.To make assumptions about the relationship between energy enterprise organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction,the relationship between energy enterprise organizational commitment and employee performance,and the relationship between employee job satisfaction and job performance,and on this basis,the structural equation model is proposed.The scale was designed to ensure the validity of the scale,and the questionnaire was pre-investigated.The survey results showed that the questionnaire met the research requirements of the subject,and the formal questionnaire survey was conducted.The survey was conducted by the frontline employees and corporate management of domestic energy companies.The working place is in Harbin,Shenyang,Changchun and Dalian in the three provinces.The questionnaires include email and paper questionnaires.The questionnaire was issued in November 2017.A total of 476 questionnaires were sent out,and 405 were collected in April 2018.After eliminating the invalid questionnaire,366 valid questionnaires were obtained,with a recovery rate of 77%.The survey's measurement indicators used a Level 5 “Likert” scale for statistics and analysis.In the research process,the respondents are required to combine the actual work conditions and select the options according to the 1st to 5th levels.The collected data are sorted and summarized,and the data obtained from the questionnaire is used to test the reliability and validity of the model,and the hypothesis test and interpretation of the SEM model are obtained.Through the research of this paper,the mediating role of employee job satisfaction is verified.It is considered that employee job satisfaction is the link between organizational dimensions and job performance,which confirms that employee job satisfaction is significantly constrained by organizational commitment.In addition,the study also concluded that job performance is significantly affected by job satisfaction,confirming that job performance will be improved by improving employee job satisfaction.The employee's work performance is significantly affected by the organizational commitment,which confirms that the improvement of the energy enterprise's organizational commitment level is indeed conducive to the improvement of employee's work performance.This also shows that the employee's job satisfaction does have a role in linking work performance and organizational commitment.Intermediary roles are determined by the clear impact of organizational commitment on job performance.Hope that with the help of this research,we can further explore the intermediary role of employee satisfaction in energy enterprise organizational commitment(and five dimensions of energy enterprise organizational commitment)and job performance,improve human resource management for enterprise managers,and improve the current human resource management system.Provide reference and reference for improving employee satisfaction and job performance.
