Nowadays, the real estate industry of our country are witnessing the macro-background of industrialization, urbanization, marketization, informatization and internationalization. At the same time, the effect of real estate industry towards the economic society has expanded to fields like national economy structure, income distribution, resources and environment and so on. The real estate industry has become a kind of fields co-relating to many other industries. Real estate market was one important composition of market economy system, thus the regulation of real estate market was the main goal of macro-economy management.On the background of macro-management and the increasing market competition, Company A of Qingdao has made embarking achievement through years’deep ploughing. However the expansion strategy of recent years has put the company into major challenges and risks. It is extremely urgent for the company to re-adjust the developing strategy, optimize the allocation of resource to improve the competition. Taking Company A as its research subject, this article analyzed the external environment and internal condition of the company, related strategy management theory and the developing potential of real estate industry. By using the PEST, SWOT and the Porter’s Five Force Model, the article studied the advantages and dis-advantages of the company, analyzed the opportunities and threats in front of the company and established general developing strategy of the company as well as put forward some suggestions to make sure the enforcement and guarantees of the project.The main content of this article includes:the carding of theory of Strategy management; the description of Company A’s strategy environment; the enforcement of Company A’ developing project and the three main parts of enforcement.
