In 1990, the American management expert Gary Hamel and C.K. Praharad put forward the concept of service outsourcing. In the next 20 years, the service outsourcing business gets rapid development, and has become a hotspot in corporate and theorists. After the 2008 financial crisis, the enterprise groups have to find ways to reduce operating costs and production costs to get survive, particularly SMEs in developed countries also attempt to seek development opportunities through the service outsourcing. And china’s relatively low cast of human resources and good educational foundation offers advantages condition for china’s service outsourcing. Under this economic background, many outsourcing companies have set up in china, and SMEs is the main force of outsourcing company, which A Pty Ltd is one of them. As a typical representative of SMEs service outsourcing enterprises, A Pty Ltd has a single capital structure and high financial costs, which means A Pty Ltd innovations in marketing, strategic management level. Under current worsening of the international service outsourcing situation, the SMEs of service outsourcing can seize market opportunities scientific organization management, optimizing the company’s financial structure in order to gain a foothold in the outsourcing industry, solid development.In early 2009, A Pty Ltd established at a good international and domestic outsourcing environment. In this paper, A Pty Ltd.’s prospects and feasibility of outsourcing industry are analyzed through the outsourcing theory. This paper also analysis the international competitiveness of A Pty Ltd to undertake international logistics services outsourcing industry with diamond theory.In the development process of A Pty Ltd, problems have been found in some of which reflect the most prominent is the marketing problem. Finally, this paper solves these problems through the brand strategy,4Cs 4Rs marketing theory and marketing theory to propose a solution to A Pty Ltd arising in the course of business development issues.A Pty Ltd has the typical characteristics of SMEs. Embodies in the following aspects:locking of brand awareness. In the process of company’s development, there is no quality and efficient outsourcing company’s image and no established professional better brand awareness culture. Since the company has been founded, A Pty Ltd has weak marketing consciousness, and the company outsourcing market only Australian-based, there is no specific marketing plans and marketing strategies. In the company’s business development, operational depth and breadth A Pty Ltd needs to be further expanded. In the company’s business management, A Pty Ltd does not have a well-organized sales team, many management strategies and planning has not been well implemented. Besides A Pty Ltd is lacking of data security awareness, and dint apply for Information Security Management System.Combined with the theory and the actual situation of A Pty Ltd, several business strategy improvements for A Pty Ltd to undertake international service outsourcing are made in this paper. First, A Pty Ltd shall establish the company’s brand strategy based on marketing theory. Second A Pty Ltd should consider the customer needs to develop marketing strategies and marketing plans, according to the needs of the target customer-oriented to develop their target market; and to implement pricing depending on the target market and customers through differential pricing and bundled pricing method, which can control the company’s cost; besides A Pty Ltd should provide customers with convenient services and good communication to ensure service quality and service efficiency. In marketing A Pty Ltd should know customer’s demand-oriented and take into account market competition, with relationship marketing as the core, and emphasis on the interaction between the clients to establish the long-term stable relationship with customers. Based outsourcing theory, A Pty Ltd needs to expand its vertical and horizontal business, thereby increasing the operational depth. In the business breadth, A Pty Ltd can expand the business scope in other industries, such as medical coding, library information management industry. Finally, in order to improve the competitiveness of Company A, A Pty Ltd should implement a number of strategies to ensure the implementation of improved safeguards. A Pty Ltd needs to improve the company’s corporate culture and management mechanisms, and through some measures to improve the sales team and management team building, in addition to develop a reasonable marketing strategy and marketing plan finally in order to improve customer confidence, A Pty Ltd should apply for Information Security certification to ensure that the customer’s trade secrets are not divulge during business processes.
