Research On Risk Management Of The Oversea Telecommunication Project

A large number of Chinese communications equipment companies as Huawei and ZTE are Develop quickly in the word, and they pay more attention on overseas markets Recently,even more than half of revenue income from overseas markets for these companies. More and more communications equipment companies pay attention to the overseas projects. Difference with in China "only selling devices", there is usually a "turnkey" project in overseas, the equipment company will be responsible for all the network planning, site acquisition, survey and design, construction, even operation and maintenance, so the risk is very high. Chinese companies who participate in overseas communication projects must take care about the risk for the project, and Take appropriate action for the project management in order to achieve their expected benefits.In this thesis, depending on the definition,characteristics and classification of risk,also depending on the definition, processes and methods for risk management, we discuss about the overseas communications project risk and risk management. with the actual project which the author have took part in,it Summed up overseas project risk management flow, discuss for each section,and make out the plan of project risk management for this kind of project.it also list the risk recognition common method and the overseas project main risk detailed, proposes the corresponding risk management organization in view of the different risk management stratification plane, then discuss the risk analysis and assessment methods, summarizes the type of project risk response plans, proposed risk response strategy, finally,it discuss the project risks of tracking and response, and the feedback for risk monitoring.
