JXTXFW Communication Engineering Project Management Optimization

Over the two decades of reform and opening, with the rapid development ofChina’s telecommunications industry, the competition in the telecommunicationconstruction field become intense day by day, and the difficulty of telecommunicationconstruction enterprise development is increasing, thus there requires higher in thecontrol like the cost, schedule and safety of construction project management. To beable to survive and grow in a highly competitive marketplace, the ability of makingproject management is becoming a new necessary ability of a company. In order tomeet the needs of JXTXFW company project management system, the paper analyzesand summarizes the currently operational project management of the company, andcome up with the reasons which are not suitable for the current development. At thesame time, in order to have a better adaption to the development of the company, thepaper also raises some code requirement about project managers standardizedassessment, project quality, safety, and progress requirements according to my ownunderstanding.During the process of studying, at first, according to the situation analysis of theJXTXFW Company’s operations, the paper summed up the reasons why currentdevelopment is not suitable and put forward to improve the follow-up program. Andthen mention the improvement program of the company project management system,and come up with a new project management system by combing the varioussystems.This system file contains all the management process of the constructing project,and provides actionable guidance on JXTXFW construction company projectmanagement activities. At last, the authors planned a development path for the projectmanagement ability of JXTXFW Company, and put forward his own target andsuggestions to the follow-up continuous improvement of the company’s projectmanagement.
