With the sustainable development rising to the height of the national strategy, people are more and more recognized the view of the sustainable development. And they pay more and more attention to the environmental protection. When the enterprises get the profits, they also try to use the thought of supply chain to recycle the waste product under the background of the economic globalization. Then, it achieves the product recycling and the environmental protection. Therefore, when the closed-loop supply chain which has function of the traditional supply chain and the product recycling is put forward, it is received the attention by the scholars and the enterprises.In the life, there exists waste product not only in the customer market, but also in the retailers. The retailers have many unmarketable products which cannot sell. And it brings great loss to the retailers. In this paper, we construct a double recycling channel closed-loop supply chain network model under concurrent multiple perturbations. The closed-loop supply chain network model is composed by the supply chain of raw materials, the manufactures, the retailers and the customer market. The double recycling channel closed-loop supply chain network model recycles waster product not only from the customer market, but also from the retailers. In this model, we add many disturbance factors which are ignored in reality. For example, there are the inventory costs, the recovery rate and the conversion etc. At the same time, we add the market equilibrium condition which makes the model more complete and reasonable. We apply the variational inequality to describe the questions which the decision maker faces and the optimality conditions. After the different decision makers establish their own objective function and add the market equilibrium conditions in the closed-loop supply chain, we apply the variational method to get the optimal conditions of the whole closed-loop supply chain. Finally, we study the investment strategies of the closed-loop supply chain and discuss the relationship among the investment value of the reverse logistics, the expected recovery and the product. Then, we illustrate the relationship.
