The shortening life cycle and innovative production technology have accelerated the renewal speed of products,leading to the increase of used products.Therefore,to cope with the bad effects of environmental pollutions and ecological damages caused by used products,more and more enterprises have started the recycling and remanufacturing program to operate closed-loop supply chain management mode.Meanwhile,with the development of online shopping platform and the increase of consumer's e-commerce preference,more and more enterprises have opened the online e-commerce channel on the basis of the traditional offline retail channel to meet the growing market demands.Considering the above backgrounds,we consider the closed-loop supply chain system operating in the two-period environment,which means that new products are sold in the first period,used products that have sold in the previous period and have residual values are recycled and remanufactured in the second period.Firstly,considering manufacturer recycling,we formulate closed-loop supply chain models with only retail channel or with e-commerce channel and retail channel respectively.And then considering retailer recycling,we formulate closed-loop supply chain models with only retail channel or with e-commerce channel and retail channel respectively.These make up for the deficiencies without the consideration of the selling and recycling channel simultaneously in the existing literatures about closed-loop supply chain.The details are as follows:(1)Considering the two-period closed-loop supply chain with manufacturer recycling,we formulate two models with only retail channel or with e-commerce channel and retail channel respectively,and solve the equilibrium strategies of the manufacturer and the retailer.Then,we use numerical analysis to analyze the selling channel strategies.(2)Considering the two-period closed-loop supply chain with retailer recycling,we formulate two models with only retail channel or with e-commerce channel and retail channel respectively,and solve the equilibrium strategies of the manufacturer and the retailer.Then,we use numerical analysis to analyze the selling channel strategies.(3)Considering the equilibrium strategies of the above models,we use numerical analysis to analyze the recycling channel strategies,as well as the impact of consumer's e-commerce preference,product remanufacturing level,discount coefficient on equilibrium strategies,remanufacturing behavior,profit.This paper finds that the manufacturer should open online e-commerce channel on the basis of traditional offline retail channel to operate dual-channel closed-loop supply chain mode,and choose to recycle used products by itself.Market demands,collecting rate,the manufacturer's profit increase with consumer's e-commerce preference.Market demands,collecting rate,and members' profit increase with remanufacturing level and discount coefficient.
