Research On The Impact Of Recycling Policy On Closed-Loop Supply Chain With Multiple Competitive Recyclers

With the development of social industry, resource over-exploitation and excessive consumption, the problem of the ecological environment is getting more and more serious. In order to promote the sustainable development in the method of resources recycling, government has issued plenty of resources recycling policy. As one of the incentives, how the recourse recycling policy influence the closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) is becoming an advanced research hotpots. However, the existing studies on the government’s policy in CLSC are chosen one of the CLSC members as the research object, and seldom consider when the different recourse recycling policy combination worked on multiple members at the same time., how the members make their optimal decision. So according to the existing research, this paper conducted the following research:First of all, build a MRCTM basic model, and analyze the CLSC members’ decisions-making under no policy, the combination of tax and subsidy policy, single tax policy and single subsidy policy four conditions. The results show that the manufacturer’s decision is affected by both tax policy and subsidy policy; the retailer’s decision is affected by tax policy; while the third parry’s decision is affected by subsidy policy.The second, based on the research mentioned above, the author makes a further study on the CLSC system which exists multiple competitive recyclers. The recyclers’performance Cournot competition. With the similar method, author analyzes members’decision under four policy conditions. The results show that when the recyclers get more competitive, the influence of recycling cost on the recycling price is greater. While the influence of recourse recycling policy on the manufacturer’s and retailer’s decision is similar with single recycler’s condition. The third party’s decision is affected by both tax policy and the level of competition.The last, from different perspective author propose the research prospect, and provide some reference for further study.
