With the development of economy and transportation, tourism is becoming a better choice for many people to spend their free time. Due to the rapid development in tourism industry, tourism supply chain is getting more and more attention of research scholars. However, the current research related to tourism supply chain is still at the preliminary stage, and the research results are more scattered in different academic fields. A clear theoretical framework of the tourism supply chain is not formed in the previous research. Moreover, most of related researches are only case or theory studies. Only a few researches according to the mathematical angle are also used travel agencies as the centre, investigating the coordination and development between upstream and downstream enterprises on the tourism supply chain. The scenic area as the most important factor to attract tourists to travel is the key link in the whole tourism industry, but few studies have been found on this key aspect. Based on the above considerations, this article aims to investigate the relation about the cooperation and coordinated development of related tourism enterprises on the supply chain from the perspective of scenic spots. This paper is mainly focused on:At first, this paper studies the symbiosis between scenic spots and the peer enterprises on the tourism supply chain. Joint tickets is a common phenomenon between scenic spots, we discuss the competition and cooperation between major and small scenic spots by using the Stackelberg game, depending on the decision-making leadership is the major scenic spots. At the same time, we respectively discuss profit changes of the two different joint ticket cooperation modes between major and small scenic spots, one of which is the unified ticket system, the other is mixed ticket system, and then make a comparative analysis. Accordingly, some managerial suggestions are proposed for collaborative development of scenic spots.Secondly, as an important intermediary in the tourism, the travel agency is an important partner of scenic spots on the tourism supply chain. This paper discusses cooperation and development of scenic spot and travel agency by analyzing the unique characteristic of the tourism, and proposes a linear transfer payment incentive mechanism to resolve the low efficiency of the supply chain resulted in the competition between the bilateral cooperation, in order to realize a coordinated development between scenic spot and travel agency.
