System Research On Anhui Financial Support To The Province’s Industrial Structure Adjustment

In recent years, after decades of rapid growth phase China’s economy is entering the medium speed growth, rapid economic growth in promoting rapid development of the society at the same time also brought a lot of development issues. How to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of economy, it improves the quality of growth though China’s economic development in the growth rate decreased, and make the economic structure is more suitable for the development of our economy and society, it’s an urgent problem that our party and the people need to solve at present stage. In recent years, our governments at all levels have launched a series of policies and measures about how to "maintain steady growth, promote the reform, adjust the structure". Finance plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of economy and society as the core of modern economy. It will also play an important role in transforming the structure of economic and adjusting the structure of industrial.In this paper, based on the related research theory of financial development and industrial structure, I have analyzed the current situation of the development of financial industry and the three industries of Anhui province after the reform and opening to the outside world, and compared that with those of the overall level of our country. After analyzing the status quo of financial development and industrial structure adjustment of Anhui province, I have carried on the empirical analysis that the vector autoregressive model (VAR) is adopted to the support of the financial development of Anhui province on the province’s industrial structure adjustment situation. The empirical results show that in the overall level of financial development of Anhui is advantageous to the adjustment of industrial structure, and the growth of financial assets promoting effect of industrial structure adjustment is most obvious, but there are still some factors of the financial development hindering the adjustment of industrial structure. In the end, according to the empirical results and the actual situation of Anhui financial development and industrial structure, I put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
