| Rapid industrialization in China, the urbanization process, environmental issues and energy issues highlight the growing number of cities emerge from the haze of air pollution problem caused, even more so how to solve environmental problems and energy problems once again become the government and the public concern focus, and energy conservation work to do to solve environmental and energy problems of a medicine. Since 2006 the state will "energy conservation" as the focus of the work, the government has repeatedly stressed the importance of energy conservation, and the power companies both large energy production in China, China’s energy consumption is large, with high energy consumption, high emissions, high pollution characteristics, so do power enterprise energy conservation is the most important energy conservation work.However, power companies and other businesses both to pursue maximize profits, when power companies in the process of implementing energy conservation, and tend to be tempted by short-term financial benefits, suspend or delay the implementation of energy conservation, which causing high energy consumption, high emission, high-polluting power companies can not achieve emission reduction targets as soon as possible. Because the power companies in the pursuit of financial benefits in the process, energy saving can be coordinated with the financial benefits to question. So, how about comprehensive evaluation of the power companies energy conservation and the financial benefits, and how about measure coordination between the two major issues in the current study is to be solved, has important practical significance.Firstly, the status quo on the basis of energy saving and financial benefits related theories and studies abroad were reviewed; secondly to analyze power companies development status, analyze current energy conservation and current financial benefits status, and discover problems; then according to the characteristics of power companies to set up six major,21 indicators of energy saving and financial benefits, and use factor to comprehensive evaluation of power enterprises energy conservation and financial benefits in 2004-2013; and finally the establishment of VAR model to calculate the power companies energy conservation and financial benefits of coordination value, with fuzzy membership function to measure static and dynamic coordination in the electricity business of energy saving and financial benefits, and to make reasonable suggestions based on research findings.In this paper,21 listed power companies on the energy conservation and financial benefits comprehensive evaluation and coordinate measure empirical research findings show:(1) China’s power companies in 2006 before the blind pursuit of economic efficiency, do not pay attention to energy conservation, energy conservation in 2006 after gradually showing improvement in state benefits, including thermal power generation capacity of power enterprises reached 78.05%, resulting SO2, soot and ash emissions, such as excessive, and the promotion and use of energy-saving and environmental protection, such as wind and solar power generation is not enough; (2) In the 2004-2013 financial benefit has been in power enterprises to improve year by year trend, in 2013 more than the size of the total electricity business assets reached 9.985498 trillion yuan, the main business revenue reached 5.482504 trillion yuan, the total profit of 352.273 billion yuan; (3) The static coordination measure of power companies energy conservation and financial benefits are more coordinated state, in 2004 and 2005 are weak coordination, in 2006 and 2007 are basic coordination,2008-2010 are more coordinated, and 2011 after a very coordinated state; (4) Dynamic coordination measure of power companies energy conservation and financial benefits are basic coordination state,2004-2006 are weak coordination,2007-2011 are basic coordination,2012-2013 are more coordination, and in improving the growing trend. |
