In recent years,air pollution is serious in some areas of our country,environmental pollution and serious haze highlights the coal based energy structure and the high input,high consumption,high emission of industrial development path of unsustainable.In this situation,China launched the alternative energy projects,and actively promote alternative energy projects,is conducive to improve the city's energy efficiency,reduce environmental pollution,and has important significance to improve air quality,governance haze.However,it is necessary to evaluate the benefits and benefits of the energy substitution project.This paper firstly studies the domestic and international energy situation,policy and development trend of alternative projects,combined with the national Power Grid Corp of Tianjin city policy support,found the ground source heat pump,electric furnace,electric boilers,electric vehicles four alternative energy projects can be popularized in the city of Tianjin.Secondly,to dig under the new normal four power outside influence elements involved in the process of project implementation and replace their ability elements,these elements will be divided into the external environment,the company's profitability,social environment and other three categories,constructs the alternative energy project comprehensive benefit evaluation index system,including 3 first grade 8 indicators,two secondary indicators,23 level three indexes.Again,the application and improvement of moment estimation theory integrated weighting method based on the concept of weight,the weight difference adjustment by constructing difference mapping matrix,which is suitable to the different power of weight difference between various types of users alternative project set,further improved matter-element extension method to build an evaluation model,and the Tianjin area ground source heat pump,electric boiler,electric furnace,electric vehicles and other energy analysis of alternative projects,the ground source heat pump as the best alternative power project.Finally,the best alternative energy e fficiency based on ground source heat pump project,constructed the comprehensive benefit evaluation model,taking Tianjin as an example,analyzed the economic and environmental benefits of empirical,further proves the feasibility of the implementation of the project in the Tianjin area,and puts forward related suggestions according to the analysis conclusion.Through this study,on the one hand,one can study literature can replace projects rich power,it has a strong theoretical value;on the other hand,through the power of comprehensive benefits of alternative projects,put forward relevant suggestions for energy development of alternative projects,for the electric energy has a strong practical significance in the development of alternative projects.
