Research On Mechanism Of Third-Part Inspection Of Procurement In International Petroleum Project

In procurement of international petroleum engineering, the third party inspection is an effective way to reduce the risk of product quality. The paper is research about third party inspection mechanism in the position of client. Firstly, it raises questions based on practical investigation. Secondly, it use game theory analyzes the game between the client and inspection company, analyzes the game between the purchaser and supplier. Then it provides advice for cooperation mechanism of inspection, inspection strategy, preventing inspection risk. Finally it proposes an evaluation system for third party inspection by using method of AHP.
