The Research On The Innovation Performance Impacted By Ningbo Manufacturing Enterprise Innovation Network Embedded

Under the background of rapid development of knowledge economy and innovation network, how to improve the innovation performance is an interesting and practical guidance issue. On the basis of the former theory study,through the theoretical research and analysis,combined with the questionnaire issued and on-the-spot investigation,this paper explored how innovation network affects the enterprise innovation performance. The research mainly revolves around two points:?Dividing the dimensions of enterprise innovation network on the basis of literature reading.?Using quantitative analysis to analyze the relationship between enterprise innovation network 、enterprise learning ability and enterprise innovation performance from the level of enterprise. The learning ability of the enterprise intermediary effect are analyzed in depth,build and verify enterprise innovation network effect on the performance of enterprise innovation mechanism.In content one,the author inspired by the theory of embedded type, refined measure innovation network of five dimensions:network scale、network center、network relationship strength、network relationship quality and network relationship durability. Put forward relevant hypotheses based on the five dimensions and build the model, do the empirical analysis by the data collected by questionnaire.In content two,standing on the height of theoretical research and combined the actual situation of ningbo manufacturing enterprise,this paper design and issue the questionnaire, using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis of the software for statistical analysis of questionnaire data validity analysis of the reliability include descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,etc.According to the result of empirical research, this article concluded the following conclusions.First,Enterprise learning ability has a significant positive effect on innovation performance, namely the more stronger enterprise learning ability is, the more higher enterprise innovation performance.Second, in terms of the relationship between enterprise innovation network and innovation performance,innovation network mainly divided into five aspects mentioned in the one part,the results show that the scale of enterprises have significant positive influence on innovation performance and learning ability in the network plays a role of intermediary between scale and innovation performance. Network center degree has significant positive influence on innovation performance and learning ability in the network center of enterprises and plays a role of intermediary between innovation performance. Network relationship strength has a significant positive effect on innovation performance and enterprise learning ability in the network relationship plays a role of intermediary between strength and innovation performance. Network relationship quality has significant positive influence on innovation performance and learning ability in the network relationship quality and plays a role of intermediary between innovation performance. Network durability has significant positive influence on innovation performance and the enterprise and learning ability plays a role of intermediary between innovation performance and the network relationship quality.
