In recent years,the power grid enterprise developed by leaps and bounds,the power g rid construction investment continued to increase,according to the data released by th e Federation of electric power enterprises in China,in 2015 China's engineering const ruction completed by the major power enterprises reached an investment of 869.4 billi on Yuan.2016 is the beginning year of the "13th Five-Year plan",with the new rural e lectricity reform in full swing,power grid enterprises will usher in a new spring.With the development of the enterprises and the increase of investment,the task of ensuring the safe operation of power grid becomes more and more important.Meanwhile,the daily emergency repair ability and the ability of emergency rescue and disaster relief a lso put forward new requirements for the grid.As the core resources of the safe operat ion of the power grid,the equipment renovation and replacement,and the rescue and disaster relief,the power grid is becoming more and more important.Through the wh ole process for power grid construction and power production,the cost of materials an d equipment improvements takes about 60% to 70%.So the power grid enterprises wi ll always focus on reducing operating costs and improving the efficiency of power sup ply in operation,and the optimization of the power grid logistics is an effective way to reduce costs.This paper puts forward the optimization process of supply chain mainly through the daily work of contact,aiming at the problems of grid material supply chain,including demand plan confusion,demand reporting delayed,contracts not in place,etc.,and co mbined with their own work,which optimize the procurement process,procurement guarantee accuracy and timely material supply rate,also,on the other hand,improves the ability of disaster rescue and ensure the safe operation of power grid,therefore to ensure that the electric power enterprise not only completes its social responsibility,b ut also improves the social image.At the same time it analyzes from the warehouse m anagement and distribution management and concludes from the relevant issues of the status quo.The main factors that restrict the logistics storage management of the power grid are the storage point distribution,the unreasonable purchase plan,the obsolete management concept,and the restriction by the social benefit goal of the enterprise.T he main factors that restrict the distribution management of power grid logistics are sc heduling mechanism,supporting technology and the shortage of distribution function,etc..Aiming at the problems in warehouse management status,it recommends the use of material supply mode of combining distributed storage and centralized supply.In vi ew of the present situation of distribution management,it puts forward some solutions,such as establishing special operation mechanism,strengthening the cultivation of tal ents,unifying the allocation of materials and improving the information management system.Just for the reference of the researchers and power grid logistics managers.
