Hot melt adhesive was born in the 60’s of the last century. As the environmental protection type and high efficiency adhesive, it haves characteristics of no poison, no pollution, convenient transportation and so on, because it meets the need of the age, it has become the mainstream, and the current international adhesives industry develops rapidly in recent years. In recent years, the application of high technology promotes the development of rubber industry; China has become the largest country in the world at the production of hot melt adhesive products. At present, the production management of domestic rubber enterprises is an important factor to restrict the business forwarding, market forecast deviation caused by waste, a large number of WIP and the site storage inventory, the cycle of production cannot ascend. It is imperative to reform the internal production management.Lean production theory is adopted in the production site to promote the implementation of 6S management; the purpose is to construct the standard and clean working environment. Through the strict optimize production line layout, optimize the production process, improve raw material inventory level to eliminate waste, reduce the cost and improve the quality of results, and then improve the performance of enterprises, and ultimately enhance the enterprise’s competitive ability as a whole.This paper mainly studies on the rubber product market demand more variety, small batch environment, and then how to improve competitiveness in the market for rubber enterprises. By thinking of Xintao company actual level, this paper analyzes the existing system of Xintao company management problems, the management thought into corporate precision production, to find effective management mechanism for Xintao Co., thereby it significantly improves the enterprise product quality, shortens the time of delivery of enterprises, and finally enhances the Xintao company competition ability.
