Study On The Countermeasures Of Eco-tourism Management In Natural Reserve

Eco-tourism is a new way which can promote the coordinateded development of economy and environment. With its primitiveness, naturalness and protectiveness, natural reserve is one of the best place for eco-tourism. In our country, a lot of natural reserve has conducted eco-tourism.However, a large number of environmental problems have been caused due to the development mode which emphasizes the exploitation but not the management. Therefore, we must strengthen the management of the eco-tourism in natural reserves, regulate the operation of it to promote the healthy development of eco-tourism in natural reserve.Based on the theories of ecology, sustainable development, human-land relationship and system, the writer studied the management of eco-tourism in natural reserves. First the writer analyzed the relationship between the natural reserve and eco-tourism, concluding that natural reserve has many tourism resources for operating eco-tourism and also the eco-tourism can make positive effects on natural reserve. Besides, the writer pointed out the boundaries of eco-tourism that conducted in natural reserve. Second, the writer summarized the development status of eco-tourism in natural reserve and analyzed the problems that had been caused by it in the way of literature research and field research. According to the problems that has been resulted by eco-tourism, some eco-tourism management countermeasures and principles has been put forward. At last, the writer used the Jiuzhaigou National Natural Reserve as an example to study its successful experience of eco-tourism management.The successful eco-tourism management experience can be included as follows: change management concepts to get ecological thinking;learn from successful foreign experience to strengthen the management of environment;implement “limited tourism” to control the number of tourists; implement the joint-stock cooperative system on eco-tourism to achieve win-win situation between community and natural reserve.The final conclusion of this paper is that the management of eco-tourism in natural reserve is a long-term task, it needs the joint effort of national marco-management, administration management, business management and community management. Only by strengthening the management of eco-tourism in natural reserve can raise tourists’ awareness of environmental protection, can successfully achieve the aim of environmental protection.
