Based on the project that author involved, this thesis develop the concept of comprehensive utilization of resources and "city mineral", provide feasibility study on large-scale production of low-grade, difficult to deal with waste aluminium, The thesis provides significance of scrap aluminum demonstration park construction and practical application value.In general, the aluminum content is less than 30% of the scrap is called the low grade scrap, and waste aluminum rich in paint, oil and other attachments or forms exist for scrap product ash shape or slag than other aluminum products more difficult to handle, has been termed processing scrap. This kind of low grade, difficult to deal with aluminum scrap widespread complex process, adverse environmental protection, easy burning, the low utilization rate of resources.World’s production and consumption of aluminum occupies the leading position in nonferrous metal, which is only lower to iron and steel In 2013 the world’s aluminum output was 465,000,00 tons. In the same year, the Chinese primary aluminum output was 220,000,00 tons, or consumption per capital of 10 kilograms, which is far below the world average level of consumption per capita of aluminum 55 kg.With the development of technology, recycled aluminum production has gradually developed in China. Many types of scrap aluminum are able to be recycled, such as waste alloy doors and windows, waste, waste of automobile wheel hub cylinder head of car cylinder. This kind of low grade and difficult processing scrap processing prevailed process is complicated and adverse environmental protection, easy on the low utilization rate of burning resources.This thesis starts with a review on domestic and foreign low grade, difficult processing scrap aluminum construction and pointes out the experiences and lesions from them. The case is described from policy, market environment, significance and analysis is provided for its tconstruction feasibility and challenges. The main objective of the project and the specific implementation plan, detailed description of project construction process are all comprehensively investigated, in order to speed up China’s renewable non-ferrous metal industry development and on the road of intensive development.The research of this paper illustrates a theory is still lacking, this more relying on the project, more elaborate practical process of the project, to the theoretical research of slightly less than two; this paper relates to the field is relatively narrow, the construction of more other industries, other projects lack of guidance. At the end of the paper put forward suggestions on the future research.
