The steady economic development trend, and the strong support of national policy, greatly promoted the development of C hina’s logistics. As a basic and strategic industry, logistics has become a new growth point of national economic development. Though China’s logistics industry is in good development situation, there exist problems of low effiency and poor market performance. Under this background, the paper studies the logistics’ s market performance evaluation system, analysis it’s status, characteristics and existing problems, then providing the basis for the enterprise operators to formulate strategic plan and develop strategy, and providing some reference for the decision- making of the investors.The paper considers the logistics listed companies’ s ability of profitability, solvency, growth, scale factors and management, and according to it’s characteristics, this paper constructs market performance evaluation index system of logistics listed companies. Based on the data of five years of listing Corporation, the paper using the factor analysis method to conduct empirical research on its market performance, and ranking market performance for 55 logistics listed companies. According to the empirical research result, the paper analyze logistics listed companies’ s market performance on points type, area and common factors performance. In addition, according to the results of the logistics listing Corporation market performance empirical analysis, the sample enterprise is divided into three categories, and specific analyze each category.After empirical analysis of the data of 55 sample companies, this paper thinks that: There is a big difference between the different types of logistics listing Corporation market performance levels; The level of logistics market performance and the degree of economic development of the region has a greater relevance; Market performance of logistics enterprise level in five years change is bigger, the internal market competition is more intense; The level of logistics’ s market performance needed to be enhanced; Logistics companies’ s market performance level is higher when at least three abilities are higher than average level or one or two abilities are in the industry- leading level. Meanwhile, according to the conclusions, the paper makes suggestions to improve and promote logistics’ s market performance.
