Study On The Construction And Development Of Erlianhaote Logistics Park

Modern logistics plays an important role in the national economic and social development. As an important node in the city and regional logistics and economic development, the planning and sustainable development of logistics park have a great impact on the construction of the logistics industry and even the whole city. Rational planning and science development of logistics park could give full play to its positive effect on the development of the city.The economic and market environment and policy environment of Erlianhaote’s logistics park are analyzed. The main countermeasures of development and construction of Erlianhaote’s logistics park are studied and pointed out: the construction department should contend for the relevant supporting policies from provincial and municipal governments, eg. land planning and land management policy, fiscal and tax policy, transport policy; fully integrate and upgrade the existing logistics resources; improve policies and regulations system of the construction and development of logistics park; do a good job of traffic facilities construction surrounding the logistics park; strengthen the professional logistics personnel training.The research results can guide the construction and development of logistics park and logistics industry in Erlianhaote and domestic similar city.
