The Research In Gneisses Of Redundant Construction Problems For Western Logistics Park And The Countermeasure

China’s logistics industry has developed rapidly since the beginning of2000. Asthe development of modern logistics industry, it will have a gathering of logisticsnodes in space when it comes to a certain extent. Logistics Park has arousedwidespread concern in the market from the beginning. Strong market demand has ledto the rapid expansion of the logistics park, and also brings a variety of new problemsat the same time. Among these problems, the redundant construction is more typical,widespread and urgent to be solved.This paper has systematically analyzed the producing mechanism, impact factorsand control measures of the redundant construction in Logistics Park of WesternChina. Firstly, we reviewed the existed theoretical results of redundant construction oflogistics parks, summed up the characteristics of redundant construction of logisticspark. Secondly, we studied the form of the existed redundant construction problemsfor Western Logistics Park, and then made a detailed analysis of the formationmechanism and affecting factors. On this basis, we constructed a model to evaluatethe extent redundant of Western Logistics Parks, and took Chongqing Cuntan bondedLogistics Park as an example of empirical analysis. Finally, we found the core factorsthat lead to the redundant building of Western Logistics Parks, and raised the policyrecommendations in avoiding and management.In the research methods, the author used Western Economic Theory and GameTheory as the theoretical analysis, and build the model by using the AHP and FuzzyComprehensive Evaluation, so that we studied the causes of redundant construction ofthe western logistics park in a qualitative and quantitative way.
