Research On The Construction Planning Of The Logistics Park In The Xindong Station Area Of ??Jinan City

Modern logistics industry has updated and changed the traditional logistics mode.With more advanced technology and managing method,it is playing a more and more important role in national economy and regional economy.Also,modern logistics industry is becoming a key point that effects a nation's comprehensive strength.However,what follows the extremely high economic returns brought by the development of modern logistics industry is the extremely fierce competition.Jinan,as one of the eastern cities in China with convenient transportation,owns the naturally advantages in location and policy.But it also has to compete with other cities to get a better opportunity to develop.Logistics Park is a newly growing basic equipment that which is helping the development of logistics industry in the city.During the period of the 12 th ‘Five-Year Plan',Jinan plans to put more emphasis on Jinan east railway station district.Since Jinan east railway station is close to the railway?the highway and the airport,this area is a proper place for establishing a logistics park.It will spur the traditional industrial base into the center of modern service industry and promote the upgrade of industrial structure.Also,the logistics park will have a significant meaning to consummate the function of the city.This paper starts from introducing the concept and development status of the logistics park,and then analyzes the types and effect of it.This paper also highlights the characteristics and functions of railway logistics park.Using the basic idea of MSFLB logistics park planning method,the construction plan of logistics park of Ji'nan new east station area is put forward from four aspects of market analysis,strategic analysis,functional design and layout planning.In the part of market analysis,this paper analyses the new station area logistics park market environment from analyzing the development of Ji'nan economy and logistics industry and area environment,The development of Ji'nan economy and logistics industry and area environment.And the gray forecasting method is used to forecast the 2016-2025 year demand of the new east station logistics park according to the freight volume of Ji'nan.The function design part carries on the function localization and the division to the park.And according to this,in the layout planning section,the SLP layout method is used to analyze the function interval relationship to realize the layout design of the park.
