As the globalization in Aero industry, more and more Aero company starts to establish their local supplier chain in China. Currently, the local company lacks of advanced management system, Aero manufacturing experience. They still cannot achieve the expected performance as their foreign customers require.This thesis analyzes performance evaluation activities on local suppliers in H Company; and summarizes the problems with constructive solutions by using 6 sigma theory and tools.It is expected to provide contributions to H Company for optimization of local supplier performance evaluation process. |
