Research On Financial Support To Upgrade The Industrial Structure Of Tangshan City

Finance is the core of modern economy. Through the guidance of financial investment on the industrial structure optimization and upgrade play an irreplaceable role. Since the reform and opening-up, Tangshan City’s economy has achieved rapid development, but along with the congenital advantage resource development of iron and steel, coal and other heavy industry makes the second industry’s proportion too large,the third industry can hardly achieve development, hinders the sustainable development of economy. Therefore, how to play the role of financial support, promote the upgrading of the industrial structure is that we urgently need to solve the problem now.This paper studies the financial support in the upgrading of the industrial structure, the review of the previous studies, found in national region there are gaps in the study; secondly, introduces the related theory of financial support and mechanism, and elaborated the financial support of the two models of the upgrading of industrial structure, namely the bank oriented financing and capital market oriented financing; use again economic data from 1978 to 2013 review of the status of the industrial structure of Tangshan City, from three aspects: quantity, efficiency, structure introduces the current situation of financial development in Tangshan City; and use empirical time series model to analyze the financial support for the upgrading of the industrial structure in Tangshan City, further verify the status quo analysis conclusion; finally, put forward relevant policy suggestions.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, draw the following conclusions: finance through the formation and orientation, capital credit catalysis, industry convergence and the risk prevention and compensation mechanism of the influence of the upgrading of the industrial structure, and financial support for a bank oriented and capital market leading type two kinds; Tangshan City financial development at this stage also is inadequate, inefficient in the upgrading of the industrial structure, financing structure imbalance and other issues.
