A Study On The Financial Support For The Industrial Structure Upgrading In Jiangsu Province

Since China started the reform and opening up policy,after the national economy has maintained rapid economic growth for 30 years,under the condition of rapid economic growth,the extensive growth is unsustainable,economic growth is slowing into a period of the “new normal”.For this purpose,our country put forward to promote structural reform,leading the economic growth from the supply side of innovation,to adapt to the “new normal”in time,grasping the economic development of new opportunities.With China's rapid economic growth,the economy of Jiangsu Province also achieved rapid development,however,problems of unreasonable industry structure in economic development appeared gradually,restricts the sustainable development of economy in Jiangsu Province.Whether to realize the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading in such an important period of strategic opportunities,molded “green engine” for the sustainable development of economy,promote structural reform from the supply side is becoming the important connotation of strategic opportunities in Jiangsu Province.Promulgated by the state council “About financial support economic restructuring and transformation and upgrading of guidance”,has been clear about the finance's important role in economic development under the background of supply side structural reform.Financial plays an important role in resource allocation and policy guidance,important core resources to realize the policy guidance and the economic development,is also an important factor of industrial structure upgrade.Therefore,study how to play the financial support to promote industrial structure upgrading in Jiangsu Province has realistic significance.Based on this background,this article on the basis of combing the research achievements of predecessors,summarizes relevant theories and define its meaning of industrial structure upgrading and the financial support,then analyzes the changes of industrial structure and financial development in Jiangsu Province.In the empirical part,first of all,through the establishment of measurement model,empirical analysis the influence of financial support the industrial structure upgrading in Jiangsu Province.Second,establish dynamic panel model,comparative study on the financial support to the industrial structure upgrading of southern and northern region of Jiangsu Province.Once again,from the micro perspective,with high and new technology industry that play an important role in the industrial structure upgrading as the research object,analyzes the role of financial support in the new and high technology industries development,from the way to realize the financial support to promote the development of high and new technology industrial transformation and industrial structure upgrading.Finally,on the basis of the theory and empirical conclusions,put forward policy suggestions from the financial environment,direct financing and indirect financing,financial policy four perspectives about playing the role of financial support to promote transformation and industrial structure upgrading of Jiangsu Province.
