The Industry-university-research Cooperative Innovation Based On The Transformation Of Knowledge Production Mode

Great changes have taken place in knowledge production mode, which presents new characteristics. They mainly display in the following aspects. First, the research mode in knowledge production is shifting from a single discipline to interdisciplinary research. Second, the field of knowledge production is transferring from traditional knowledge production site to other departments,and the speed of social diffusion is accelerating. Third, reflection and social responsibility of the main body of knowledge production is enhancing and the standards of quality control are multidimensional. Fourth, trends in the diversity and boundary permeability of knowledge production are more apparent, etc. The heterogeneity characteristics will inevitably affect on all aspects of industry-university-research cooperation activities, and is also pressing for the adjustment and innovation in industry-university-research cooperation pattern.Industry-university-research cooperation is an important approach to promote national technological innovation ability, and an important part to promote internal knowledge flows of the national innovation system. However, in China there are some deficiencies in the activities of industry-university-research cooperation, which restricts the effectiveness of research. Therefore, under the background of knowledge production mode transformation,the study of industry-university-research cooperation innovation mode not only enriches and develops the theory of knowledge production mode,but also provides theoretical basis for China’s industry-university-research mode.This study is based on the perspective of knowledge production mode transformation, applies Gibbons knowledge production pattern theory, uses literature method, history method, comparative method to analyze each link of the cooperative activities, and discusses the relationship between knowledge production mode the industry-university-research cooperation mode. From the aspects of knowledge management, organization, quality control, application situation, China’s industry-university-research cooperation modes are summarized and analyzed, the changes of industry-university-research cooperation mode and the existing prominent problems are explored. The problems mainly include: mechanisms of interdisciplinary research have not been widely established, single standard of quality control in industry-university-research, cooperation among all parties are not enough. On the basis of foreign experience, the author proposes the industry-university-research cooperation innovation mode in our country mainly includes: cross-regional strategic alliance; loose alliance of small and medium-sized enterprises; alliance of the multi-agent industry-university-research cooperation. Innovation of this thesis is as follows.(1) It explored industry-university-research cooperation mode from the perspective of the transformation of knowledge production innovation. The method has a certain value.(2) From the perspective of knowledge production mode transformation, industry-university-research cooperation model of innovation in China is put forward, including: research and innovation of industry-university-research cooperation in application;dispersion type of knowledge management;the integration of industry-university-research on knowledge exchange platform,etc.
