Research On Circulation Of Rural Land And New Type Of Agricultural Management System

As the economy of our country rapiding fastly,industrialization and informationization is getting higher and higher,based on the changes of rural land system have an effect on the transformation of agricultural management modes, the modern mechanized operation advances the new type of agricultural management modes into standardization and scale production has a huge promotion of agriculture production.It’s the necessary choice for improving the efficiency of production,increasing farmers income,assuring the national food security and ensuring,stable and consistent social and economic development.This paper uses literature research method, access survey method,compared analysis method, empirical research method and so on.Since the founding of our nation,the changes rural land system effect the transformation of agricultural management modes.From this perspective,I take the rural land circulation of Tanghe County and the new type of agricultural system construction on as the object of research,explore the current situation and problems of the rural land circulation and construction of the new type of agricultural system, put forward constructive comment to improve them.Thesis is consists of the following seven parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly to explain the research background,significance, literature review and research purposes methods.The second chapter explains the relevant concepts and states basic theories in this thesis. Then, in the third chapter,it narrates the land system in land reform period since the foundation of our nation to the current land system changes revelation on the regime of circulation of rural land.Then concluded that according to the different development, productivity determines relations of production,the improvement of productivity will promote the development of relations in a manner.The fourth chapter states that the rural land circulation helps to build the new type of agricultural management system.If we want to build a new type of agricultural management system,I state from two aspects: solve the land transfer and the supportive mechanisms for improving new type of agricultural management system.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the situation and problems of rural land circulation and the type of agricultural system construction in Tanghe County.I analyse the situation and problems from the path and features of rural land circulation,the industry of new agricultural operation main body and the problems of the rural land circulation and the new type of agricultural system construction. Concluded that:1.The strong sense of the guard awareness.The farmers can’t understand the rural land circulation in a right way.2.The procedure of the rural land circulation isn’t standard.3.The price of rural land circulation is rising,squeeze the profit space of land transferee.It’s difficult to reach turnover intention.4.It’s incoordination between agricultural production situation and the social production services and the agricultural production organization isn’t sound.5The development process of new subjects of agricultural management often faces financing problems,affects the industrial chain of agricultural production and extention.In the sixth chapter,according to the process of rural land circulation and the problems of new type agricultural management construction,put forward five proposals:1.To improve the rural land circulation in the detail rules for the implementation of Tanghe County, lead a reasonable and orderly transfer of land.2. To strengthen the training and organization and lead ship of the new agricultural subjects.3.The innovation of financing and expand financing channels,to help the development of modern agricultural.4.To improve the agricultural technology transformation and application level,promote the development of agricultural science.5.To improve the rural social security system,safeguard the rights and interest of farmers. The seventh chapter is the conclusion which summarizes the whole thesis.
