Study On The Evaluation And Promotion Of The Competiveness Of Agriculture In Henan Province

Since the reform and opening, especially after China’s accession to the WTO,economic development has a qualitative leap, the development of agriculture also ushered in the new challenges. The development of agriculture is affected by factors such as geographical environment and climate conditions, at the same time, the level of development of science and technology, the skill levels of agricultural practitioners,market environment and the construction of infrastructure such as factors also influence the development of agriculture. On the analysis of these factors is about the transformation of the agricultural economy development, also helps to further improve agricultural competitiveness.Henan province is located in the central plains, excellent geographical environment and climatic conditions make agriculture on this land to get a good development, become a national agricultural province. Although Henan agricultural development quickly, is the largest national food, more than 10% of the country’s grain production, but not our country’s agricultural strong province of Henan province, the agricultural development itself also exist many problems, these disadvantage factors hindered the rapid ascension of Henan agricultural competitiveness. So analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of agriculture in Henan province has the vital significance, it not only made an objective evaluation of Henan agricultural competitiveness, but also can find obstacles in the development of agriculture, and then find out the corresponding solution measures, make Henan agricultural healthy and rapid development.This article is base on the research of the competitiveness of agriculture, the formation of a new research framework. Firstly, analyzed the connotation of agricultural competitiveness and the competitiveness of the agricultural structure is divided into manufacturing competitiveness, capital and technology competitiveness and anti-risk ability of agriculture, at the same time, the infrastructure level, technical level, industrial structure and so on as the factors affecting agricultural competitiveness. Then by choosing the typical 10 indicators, using SPSS19.0 principal component analysis, find out the main factors influencing the competitiveness of agriculture in Henan province. Second, put in Henan province in this paper theselected 12 major grain-producing area, and the agricultural competitiveness of 12 major grain-producing areas, clear ranking in Henan province, found out the gaps.Which can be concluded that Henan agricultural competitiveness is not strong reason is the weak infrastructure, backward technology level, the lack of market competitiveness and the backward means of production. So should be adjusted in order to enhance the competitiveness of agriculture in Henan province and optimize the industrial structure of agriculture, the transformation of the mode of extensive agriculture development, strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction, promote scientific technology, to strengthen the construction of agricultural product market system and related policy support. Through to the Henan agricultural competitiveness evaluation analysis, we can put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of agriculture in Henan province, make its have certain reference significance.
