Rural Land Circulation Research Under Marx’s Land Property Right

Hunger breeds discontent, food depends on soil.In China’s long history, it seems as an importment expericece.We can not change the truth. At the same time, it reminds us the importance of land. Chinese people regard land as precious as their life. The land is the foundation of everything.So, in China, it is popular to argue that how to reconfigure land resource. We make many changes about the land system since 1949.And all of the changes are good for the country’s economic. With the changes of new agricultural practices, there is a new mode of production was born. That is named transfer of rural land.Transference of the right to use rural land is the inevitable demand of modern agricultural development. It is befient for increasing farmers’ income and pushing the Chinese agriculture modernization. After analysis with China’s transfer of rural land through consulting the documents and materials, I want to combine fundamental tenets of Marxism with concrete practice of China. And seeking the countermeasure suggestions for China land circulation. After studying I find that the right to land contractual management rights and interests in the protection of farmers needs to sorted out. The lack of the land procedure and the intermediary organizations makes the property is not complete. So in the new time, we must make a good external environment for the transfer of rural land.
