In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy and society, the rural economy is the trend of rapid development. Since the reform and opening up, with the sustained and rapid development of rural economy and the rapiddevelopment of modern agriculture, it is necessary to reallocation of rural land resources. With perfect rural land circulation facilities, complete rural land circulation the market is an important part of realizing perfect agriculture and rural transformation in China. Jiangxi province is one of China’s important agricultural province, has adopted a series of effective measures to promote the rapid transfer of rural land health. However, due to the circulation of rural land has its own particularity and historical area long-term, affected by factors it is particularly much, resulting in the slow development of rural land circulation in Jiangxi province. Therefore, on the status quo of rural land circulation in Jiangxi Province, problems and influencing factors of analysis and research, under the guidance of the theory of Marxism land with Jiangxi rural practice to adopt measures to promote efficient development of rural land circulation, to realize the agricultural industrialization and scale of operation, which to solve the "three rural issues" in Jiangxi Province, accelerate the socialist new rural construction, promoting the urbanization construction, so as to realize the comprehensive well-off society has a very important historical and realistic significance. Steadily push forward the rural land in Jiangxi Province flow forwarding development, give full play to the positive role in Jiangxi Province Economic and social development of rural land transfer.
