| Shipbuilding industry always owns the reputation of "comprehensive industrial crown". In accordance with the aim of COSTIND, shipbuilding industry in our country should establish the Modern Shipbuilding Mode, separate construction will become mainstream and promote the development of outsourcing business. As a result, analysing the behavior of shipbuilding industry enterprises in the perspective of outsourcing has very important practical significance. Moreover, with the evolution of the trade theory, the new trade theory to study the micro level as the main characteristics obtained a rapid development, has become the frontier of the current theories of international trade. The New-New Trade Theory emphasizes that the enterprises are heterogeneous, the heterogeneity is mainly manifested in productivity, scale, the innovation ability, ownership and regional differences.This paper hopes to analysis the behavior of outsourcing in Shipbuilding industry through the basis of enterprises’ heterogeneity. The outsourced research mainly refers to occur in the field of shipbuilding production outsourcing, which is given priority to with the processing of OEM production. Through The microscopic data of the enterprise level, this paper try to indicate the relationship between outsourcing behavior and enterprises’ heterogeneity.This dissertation focuses on both "Selection effect" and "learning effect" between outsourcing and enterprises’ heterogeneity. First of all, the dissertation estimates some relevant concepts. Secondly, the dissertation analyses the characteristics of shipbuilding industry, comparative advantage, outsourcing level and facing the challenges and opportunities. Third, put forward three hypotheses: enterprise exists heterogeneity; outsourcing behavior will lead to "self-selection effect"; outsourcing behavior will lead to "learning effect", and builds model to study these phenomenon. Finally, summarize the law of causality between outsourced behavior and enterprise heterogeneity, and proposed own opinion.Through analysis, we can find that enterprises outsourcing behavior exist "self-selection effect", namely the enterprise heterogeneity determines the outsourced activities. In addition, outsourced activities exist "learning effect", namely outsourcing will also change some of the heterogeneity in a certain degree.The main innovation of this paper is, first, this article combine industry present situation analysis and micro analysis combined with enterprise level, a more deep research of ship manufacturing outsourcing behavior, in order to better study the influence between enterprise heterogeneity and decision-making. Second, on the basis of previous research, this article use the enterprise export behavior "self-selection effect" and "learning effect" for the enterprise to analyze outsourcing behavior, and expand the scope of these two effects. Third, this article use quantile regression to analyse the different extent of outsourced impact on profitability as well as the impact on the enterprise heterogeneity more deeply. Fourth, the model in this article draw lessons from Bernard & Jensen(1999) and Wagner & Joachim(2007), establish a "learning effect" econometric model, gain a more in-depth impact on heterogeneity variation by means of the change of time decomposition. |
