Study On Employment Effect And Trend Of The Tertiary Industry Growth In Guizhou

The development of tertiary industry plays a critical role in the improvement of economic level, which not only brings a huge space for economic growth, but also creates many jobs for the social employment, and highlights the importance of high quality talents and technological innovation. The cultural and social background in Guizhou is very complicated. Although Guizhou is a place that has gathered people from multiple nationalities, the general economic level is not positive. Because of scarcity of local resources, the underdeveloped regional economy affects the social employment. As a result, the settlement of livelihood issues, the improvement of people’s living standard, the reform of regional industrial structure, the increase of employment and the improvement of regional economic level become urgent issues that need to be solved.In the paper, the industrial economy development is taken as the research object. Through the control of the entire industrial development in Guizhou, the main focuses of the paper were the current development status and the employment of tertiary industry. By combining theoretical study with empirical analysis, the author studied the action mechanism, and applied theories to the practical use. Besides, through the establishment of economic models, such as regression analysis and data analysis of combined model, the result of model test was used to verify whether the development theory are right or not, so as to ensure the validity of theoretical tools in prediction.The research scope about this theme is focused on the relation between the tertiary industry and employment, that is, the paper have discussed how the social employment will be affected by the increasing proportion of tertiary industry in three industries. Through the analysis of the interaction, the author proposed suggestions that could effectively solve the employment issues and improve the development level of the tertiary industry in Guizhou. Through the reform of industrial structure, more jobs will be created. The author studied this issue from the perspective of government, society and individuals etc. Based on the analysis of current development status, the author inspected the existing theoretical results that conform to the actual requirements, and explored the development innovation from this point. Considering the development background in Guizhou, the author came up with some strategic countermeasures for the future industrial development and some suggestions that may promote the employment. The paper consists of six parts, respectively are the research background, objective and methods; the definition of several proper nouns like employment effect; the development of historical research on the employment effect in the tertiary industry; empirical study, future prediction and research conclusion.
