Coordinate Stock Management In Supply Chain Environment Of Guiyang Cigarette Factory

The development of tobacco industry is an important power of the growth in industrial economy, indicating the industrial development in Guizhou Province. With the extensive application of scientific information and technology, automation and intelligent modern logistics facilities are promoted in tobacco companies. However, the tobacco industry carries out separation mode between the industry and commerce enterprises, and relative research project with a little. Above this, this article is committed from the tobacco industry, base on the theory of supply chain inventory coordination and management, analyzing the current situation of inventory management in Guiyang Cigarette Factory and proposing inventory coordination strategy of industrial and commercial condominium.First of all, in the course of this study, the theory of coordinate inventory as a basis, sort out the evolution of inventory management of a single node enterprise. Secondly, analysis inventory model of tobacco business, proposing inventory coordination strategy of industrial and commercial condominium,further highlights the focus of this study. Then, practice in the field of research and collect data of inventories facilities and operational process in Guiyang Cigarette Factory, point inventory management problems and inventories coordinated entry point of it, and analyzing the necessity, economic viability and technical feasibility of industrial and commercial condominium inventory implementation. According to Guiyang Cigarette Factory orders demand characteristics divide into small quantities and high-volume environment of the coordination and management of inventory, to build dynamic alliance coordination strategy under the small quantities demand environment. The companies are chosen to participate in Union Center through primaries and screening methods, and build a dynamic alliance information platform. Using quantitative analysis to point out that building a model of third-party management center in high-volume environments, and mathematical logic, account for improving costs of the whole supply chain node after the implementation of the third-party inventory management. Finally, sum up briefly the content and results of this study to direct future research.The innovation of this paper is to summarize the tobacco industry, agriculture and commercial inventory model, leading to a wealth of inventory management theory of industrial and commercial condominium inventory model which is useful theoretical basis for the research industry inventory. Put the dynamic alliance inventory model into coordinate inventory management of Guiyang Cigarette Factory in supply chain environment, improving agility of inventory management in production companies face unexpected situations or asymmetric information, reducing losses and achieving a win-win.
