The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region development has continuously deepen the national value, especially after the 18 th Chinese Communist Party held, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration will rise to the national strategy stratification. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has faced the problem of transforming the way of economy development and the problem of industrial structure adjustment. The foreign direct investment structure has took the important part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economic structure and it has affected the transformation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economy development, the industrial structure optimized promotion.
