Study On The Optimization Of Foreign Trade Structure Of Hebei Province Under Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development

Foreign trade is an important part of Hebei Province's open economy system,and it is also an essential driving force for the economic development of Hebei Province.Hebei Province which is around Beijing and Tianjin has the unique location advantages,which expanded the opening,and increase the scale of trade.However,there are still many problems of the foreign trade structure of Hebei Province,which may hinder the development of foreign trade in Hebei Province to some extent.In 2014,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development was emphasized as a national strategy,and the implementation of this strategy brought some new opportunities for the optimization of Hebei's foreign trade structure.Therefore,it is very significant to study how Hebei Province seize the opportunities brought by Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development to solve the problems of the structure of foreign trade and to optimize the foreign trade structure of Hebei Province.And it is of great significance to promote the healthy development of foreign trade in Hebei Province.Based on the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development,this paper systematically combs and analyzes the commodity structure,method structure,regional structure and enterprises structure of foreign trade development in Hebei Province,and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies of the foreign trade structure in Hebei Province.Then,the paper analyzes the main factors influencing the optimization of foreign trade structure of Hebei Province,and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index of foreign trade structure,industrial structure index and foreign direct investment structure index of Hebei province,and unit root test,co-integration test and causality relationship test are applied to study that the industrial structure and foreign direct investment structure are the reasons for the change of foreign trade structure in Hebei Province.Thirdly,I studied the opportunities that the implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development brought to the optimization of Hebei province's foreign trade structure.From the following angles,industry transfer of Beijing and Tianjin,the establishment of comprehensive bonded zone,the customs clearance integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the establishment of Tianjin FTZ,I research the opportunities.Finally,based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of foreign trade structure in Hebei Province,combining with the main influencing factors of the foreign trade structure,I promote some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions about that how to seize the opportunities brought by Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeicollaborative development to optimize the foreign trade structure of Hebei Province.
