The Coordinated Development Research On Electronic Information Industry Cluster Of The BTH

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the third growth pole of economic development that followed the Tangtze River delta and Pearl River delta. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development has rised the national strategy. Electronic information industry is an pillar industry of modern economic development. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei electronic information industry cluster has great meaning.The paper has carried on the empirical analysis and evaluation from electronic information industry agglomeration degree and electronic information industry cluster innovation ability on the basis of theoretical analysis. Then explore the influence factors of the coordinated development of the cluster, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. Full text is divided into five parts. Firstly, the paper elaborate on the related theory on electronic information industry cluster and the coordinated development of industry. Based on the related concepts, the coordinated development theory are elaborated from the synergy theory and the theory of regional division of labor cooperation. Secondly, using location entropy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei determine industry agglomeration degree. Thirdly, the paper construct evaluation indexing system of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei electronic information industry cluster innovation ability. Using PCA from 4 first-level indicators, 13 secondary indicators, the paper make an empirical analysis to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei electronic information industry cluster innovation ability. Fourthly, on the basis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei electronic information industry agglomeration degree and electronic information industry cluster innovation ability,this paper analyze the obstacle factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei electronic information industry cluster coordinated development. Finally, starting from the government and enterprise level, the paper propsed countermeasure and suggestion to speed up the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei electronic information industry cluster’s coordinated development.
