| Important direction of strengthening economic cooperation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei lies within the region of the joint development of the industry, and high-tech industry is driving an important regional industrial structure optimization engine, the joint development of high-tech industries to optimize and adjust the regional industry plays a vital an important guiding role in the supply chain through the influence of related industries and resource integration, joint development of high-tech industry is the key to guide the rational distribution and regional industrial upgrading.As background, the paper industry collaboration for the development of high-tech industry development and trends were compared and analyzed using a combination of theoretical and empirical methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis method for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei,the three high-tech industries coordinated development of the status problems, collaboration and coordination degree of difference between the extent of the reasons for the comprehensive analysis and profiling. As a basis for the paper, the author first describes the "high-tech industries", "Industrial Development" of related concepts and theories, and secondly, the current situation of high-tech industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei analysis covers three business conditions, industry structure, R & D activities personnel and expenditure, the technical exchanges and cooperation and cooperation in five industrial parks.
