Optimization Of Lulu Company’s Financial Strategy Based On Enterprise Life Cycle

As the largest almond supplier, Lulu’s market share declines in the plant protein beverage industry. It requires the transformation of enterprises. The study of financial strategy of enterprises can be applied to research on financial strategy theory. Reasonable financial strategy can promote the development of the beverage industry sustained and healthy. At first,this paper introduces the foreign research present situation and the discussion on the financial strategy theory. Then, the paper uses the strategy analysis tools to analyses the environment of financial strategy of the company. After, the paper analyses Lulu’s finance strategy, financial investment strategy and profit allocation strategy. And it finds out the problems. At last, it optimizes the financial strategy of the company.Through the study, it finds that Lulu who is in the prematuration period should take the stable expansionary financial strategy. This paper considers Lulu financial strategy mainly has the following problems: the single channel of financing, the lack of new core competitiveness and investment direction, regional and seasonal, not perfect dividend distribution system, lack of staff motivation function. From the perspective of enterprise life cycle theory, this paper presents the improvement scheme of financial strategy: optimize the structure of assets and liabilities, strengthen budget management, risk investment, improve project feasibility analysis, the development of main business, the diversification of investment, innovation investment management, reasonable cash dividend payment ratio and the distribution system of incentive effect.
