The Agricultural Cooperation Study Between China(Xinjiang) And Kazakhstan

How to achieve the growth of agricultural economic? Generally speaking,this paper argue that, we need improve the agricultural input and the factor productivity in some special economic system.Specifically,the agricultural resources,material capital,human capital,the factors contain technology progress, economy of scale and the related social organization and system state,these are the economic factors affecting the agricultural economic growth.Besides,some none economic factors such an customs,moral standards and political conditions are also effect the agricultural growth in certain extent.It even leading the process of agricultural growth in some special environment.However this paper will focus on the analysis of influence factors in agricultural economic growth.The input factors of agricultural economic including labor,capital and land element.And without these factor,the two adjacent area economic output is also different.The main reason is the different of efficient in using these resources.This article calculate the total factor productivity of agriculture area and Kazakhstan area,according the contrast,we make a conclusion that the efficiency of Xinjiang is higher than Kazakhstan in agricultural elements using.Xinjiang and Kazakhstan has been a long economic connection and dabbling more especially in the field of farming,they have making cooperation in agricultural capital investment,human resources and land,after the results of agricultural factor have been calculated,we analysis the factor,we get a conclusion that the most advantageous way in agricultural cooperation between Kazakhstan and Xinjiang is that to carry out cooperation in agricultural technology.Through agricultural cooperation between Kazakhstan and Xinjiang, not only can improve the efficiency of the use of Kazakhstan’s agricultural resources, but also can promote the agriculture of Xinjiang economic development.this new situation can open more cooperation in agriculture.In the end of paper, we describes that how to cooperate with Kazakhstan in agricultural technology.and we proposed the relevant suggestion of agricultural cooperation.We can leave the province of Xin jiang alone when we make cooperation between the China and Kazakhstan,and the support of china is indispensable to Xinjiang area, the paper also point out the direction of the agriculture cooperation in China and Kazakhstan.
