Research On Optimization Model Of Industrial Structure In Tianjin Based On Eco-civilization

Nowadays, the world is facing serious pressures of resource. The emergence of ecological civilization, however, is a timely help to solve the problem of environmental pollution. And it is an effective way to develop modern economy. The ultimate realization of ecological civilization requires supports of a corresponding industrial structure, which calls for new adjustments of industrial structure. The contradiction still fails to alleviate between economic growth with the population, resources and environment. And the contradiction between the rapid economic growth with resource consumption and ecological destruction is increasingly prominent. Especially, the extensive growth mode intensifies the contradiction between them. One of the causes is the industrial structure model, which neglects an objective condition—the natural environment is limited.At present, Tianjin has entered this stage, which must optimize the industrial structure to promote economic development. Industrial structure adjustment will become the focus of the economic development of Tianjin. In order to build ecological civilization and make the economic development and environment protection coordination, we must re-examine and adjust the traditional industrial structure of Tianjin. Only in this way, can we make the development of Tianjin fast, and construct a new industrial structure mode facing ecological civilization.Based on the fundamental theory of the ecological civilization and the relation between the industrial structure of Tianjin city and its consumptive resources and its surroundings, this paper discuss the present situation and developing tendency of industrial structure by comparative method and economic forecast. Then he thesis put forward an index sign system of the ecological civilization for Tianjin city, applying principal component analysis to calculate the sustainable development capability of Tianjin city in recent years, and to further achievement of the relation between the ecological civilization capability and the industrial structure by using grey related theory, and study the demand to the industrial structure adjustment by ecological civilization. Finally this paper gets the model of industrial structure optimization based on ecological civilization in Tianjin.
