Application Research On The Integration Of Chongqing Online Retail Logistics For End Customers

In recent years, logistics is developing fast with the rapid increasing of E-commerce economy. However, the bottleneck of logistics cannot be ignored. Logistic has drawn a lot of attention since it is playing an important role in the E-commerce economy. As E-commerce and E-commerce logistics are regarded as a new economy growth source in many districts, the cooperative development of E-commerce and logistics has been current focus in government policy. Furthermore, the government is now researching on how to promote development of regional E-commerce and logistics.The modes of E-commerce are classified as online retail for end customers and the business between companies(B2B). The trading volume of online retail takes up 20% of all in E-commerce, but the growth speed is up to 80% between 2006 and 2014, which is much higher than the average growth speed(30%) in E-commerce. In fact, as logistics in company E-commerce and the traditional trading are both in maturity, it turns out to be little difference between them. However, the problem of logistics in online retail is quite more serious. Therefore, how to align online retail logistics to the development to online retail becomes a serious problem that needs to be solved.Firstly, this paper summarized the definition of online retail, and provided a view into the current state of domestic online retail. The characteristics of online retail logistics are summarized by analyzing the process of online retail logistics. The problems of domestic online retail logistics were then highlighted. Secondly, the necessity of developing online retail logistics is proven, and a logistics integration system for Chongqing is built with three layers-regulator layer, operation layer and support layer-inside. Advices for logistics integration structure are provided in the operation mode, logistics network, function and scale aspects. At last, to guarantee the development of the online retail integration logistics in Chongqing, this paper provided a series of implementation measures from the perspective of government.
